    Delivery experience

    I was a Scrum Master (PSM I) for 4 years and today I lead 5 software teams as Delivery Lead. Planning, people and processes come with the job.

    AI, used sensibly

    I lead the AI guild in an IT organisation and drive its AI adoption and policy. I use AI where it saves time, and your customers' data never goes into an AI tool.

    I have organised Student Welcome Kortrijk for 12 years, as lead organiser since 2016. Registrations, partners, 500 volunteers and hard deadlines are part of the routine.

Student Welcome Kortrijk

The official kick-off party of the academic year in Kortrijk, for students of the local colleges and universities. It grew from 1,500 to more than 6,000 students per edition, with about 500 volunteers for build-up, event and teardown.

Role: Lead organiser since 2016, responsible for the whole event, with a core team of 4 and a six-figure budget. Started in 2014 with the DJ contest, then the bar volunteers, until the city of Kortrijk handed over the full organisation.
